Larry Hogwood draws deep inspiration from the rugged beauty of the California foothills and the Sierra Nevada in his landscape paintings. His work highlights the iconic scenes of Knights Ferry and the majestic wilderness of Yosemite, reflecting a strong connection to his surroundings. 

Hogwood’s paintings have been exhibited in the Yosemite Renaissance Art Competition in Oakhurst, California, touring through California in multiple locations, including locally at The Carnegie Center for the arts.
